On November 18, the Son La Provincial People’s Committee organized the contract signing ceremony for the Bo Bun Urban Area Project in Binh Minh Ward (now Van Son Ward) with Moc Chau Real Estate Development Investment Joint Stock Company.

Attending the signing ceremony were: Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Minh Tien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of relevant departments, agencies, Van Son Ward People’s Committee, and investor representatives.
The Bo Bun Urban Area Project has a land use scale of 99,950 m², with a population of approximately 1,232 people. The project includes social infrastructure construction items with an area of 34,177 m²; rough-built housing area, completed infrastructure land plots, resettlement housing land, rough-built social housing area of approximately 40,763 m², construction floor area of 101,348 m²; current residential land area of approximately 3,717 m². The total project investment is 688 billion VND. The investment capital source is the investor’s equity and other legal mobilized sources. The contract implementation period is 47 months from the contract signing date.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee emphasized: The Bo Bun Urban Area Project will be a driving force for development, attracting investment to the locality to gradually build and complete infrastructure in the Moc Chau National Tourist Area, creating a foundation to promote the development of Van Son Ward center according to the approved plan. The comrade requested the investor to closely coordinate with departments, agencies, and local authorities, dedicating enthusiasm and resources to implement the project ensuring progress, quality, and compliance with legal regulations, contributing to completing urban infrastructure and creating a new appearance for the locality.
